Skinless and boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced |

Onion, sliced |

Red bell pepper, seeded and diced |

Pineapple chunks, drained |

| For the marinade- |

Cumin powder |
1 tablespoon |

Cinnamon powder |
1 tablespoon |

Freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon |

Salt |
to taste |

Olive oil |
3/4 cup |

Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons |

Light soy sauce |
3 tablespoons |
| Method |
In a bowl combine all the ingredients of the marinade, mix, now add chicken,
toss well to coat all over, and set aside for at least 6 hours, preferably
overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f/ 180 degrees C.
Thread in skewers the chicken, pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper
and onions, alternatively. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 -30
minutes. Serve.
