Ingredients
1 Fresh bean curd [tofu] 5 squares
2 Barbeque sauce 2 tablespoons
3 Vegetable stock or water 2/3 cup
4 Peanut oil 2 tablespoons
5 Cooked peas 1 cup
6 Green onions or scallions, chopped 1 stalk

Method
Heat oil in a wok, add bean curd and fry gently for few minutes, by turning once. Mix the marinade with water or stock and add it to the pan, simmer for 4 minutes. Now add peas and chopped green onions, stir and serve.

Introduction of the dish
Bean curd is made from the soy milk, and is the richest protein substitute for vegetarians. It is very easy to digest.
