| Method |
|
Take tomatoes, carrots and potatoes in a large pan over high heat, add salt
and water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Blend it and strain it. Put over flame again; add water, sugar and pepper,
and simmer for 10 mins. Serve hot topped with fresh cream and few croutons.
