| Method |
|
Heat oil in a large pan. Add onions and cook until very lightly browned.
Now add peas and saute for 5 mins .Add salt, pepper and stock, bring to
a boil, cover and simmer, until the peas are perfectly cooked. Now blend
it either with immersion blender or food processor .Serve hot topped with
fresh cream.
