| Method |
|
Take potatoes in a large pan, cover them with enough water, bring to a boil and
cook for 6 minutes. Now add the green beans and cook until the beans are
tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large salad bowl,
mix the bell pepper, scallions, buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon
juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper; now add potatoes and green beans and
toss well to combine.
