| Method |

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray
. Heat the spinach in a microwave on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry.
Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and parmesan in a
bowl, stir well. Pour it in a prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the pepper
jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
