| Method |
|
Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, cut off and discard wing tips, then cut each
wing at the joint to make two sections. Sprinkle the chicken wing pieces
with salt and pepper and place them on lightly oiled broiler pan. Broil for
about 10 minutes on each side until chicken wings are nicely browned.
In a bowl, combine chopped onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic
and sherry. Pour sauce over chicken wings, mix well and serve.
