Savory Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Potatoes,peeled and cut into pieces 2 lbs
2 Sour cream 1/4 cup
3 Egg, beaten 1
4 All-purpose flour 2+ 1/2 tablespoons
5 Garlic salt 1 teaspoon
6 Pepper powder  1/2 teaspoon
7 Green onions, chopped 2
Method
Heat a large pan, add diced potatoes, cover it with water, bring to a boil, cover and cook on low for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well, put them in the same pan and then mash. Remove from the heat, now add sour cream, egg, green onions, flour, salt and pepper, cover and chill for 3 hours. Now put 2 tablespoons of flour on a plate. Make potato pancake [tikki] from the mixture, coat in flour and cook in the skillet or griddle [tava] with oil until brown.
