| - Combine the butter and hot sauce and whisk until blended. |

| Method |
|
In a bowl, mix together hot sauce, Cajun spices, pepper and garlic powder,
mix well and cover the wings with this marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Heat oil in a large pan; drain the excess marinade off from the wings. Fry
them until crispy. Toss with the buffalo sauce and serve.
