Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 Chicken wings 16
2 Hot sauce 1/2 cup
3 Cajun spice 1+ 1/2 tablespoons
4 Garlic powder 3/4 tablespoon
5 Oil for frying
For buffalo sauce-
7 Softened butter 8 tablespoons
8 Hot sauce 8 tablespoons
- Combine the butter and hot sauce and whisk until blended.
Method
In a bowl, mix together hot sauce, Cajun spices, pepper and garlic powder, mix well and cover the wings with this marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Heat oil in a large pan; drain the excess marinade off from the wings. Fry them until crispy. Toss with the buffalo sauce and serve.

Introduction of the dish
It is a Cajun version of chicken wings. The Cajun spices makes these wings very spicy and hot for heat lovers.
