1 Most brownie recipes call for melting the chocolate with the fat and adding this mixture to beaten eggs and sugar. Always let the chocolate mixture to cool completely before adding it to the eggs and sugar, as it results into the lighter brownie.

19 Always season your food while you are cooking, the seasonings work while the food is cooking and will not be the same if you add it at the table.
20 Always salt your meat before cooking, as it leads to tender and much more juicier and flavored meat.
